Christ Special School
Christ Special School is part of the Christ Group of Schools under the Congregation of Mary Immaculate (CMI) management. Learning the need and significance of addressing the education of children with special needs, this school was established by Rev. Fr. Marius CMI in 2012. The aim was to provide quality education and training to the excluded student population to empower them to be independent and functional in their communities. From its humble beginnings, the school is moving towards a center of excellence in child development, providing person-centered and rights-based rehabilitation services. The school functions in the Christ State School building, providing opportunities to interact with peers and enjoy the facilities of typical school life.
Stepping Stones Center
Stepping Stones Center is an organization dedicated to promoting the understanding and application of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) through various services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities and their families since 2013. Here, we believe that every child has the potential to gain skills that are above their current functioning if we use the right instructional methods and scaffold their skills. Therefore, ABA is our scientific foundation from which our interventions are derived.
CogFit
Cogfit is a Neuropsychological Clinic founded by the MSc in Neuropsychology programme in CHRIST (Deemed to be University). We focus on giving free assessments and intervention for anyone who needs it. CogFit, focuses on four key areas. We offer cognitive screening to quickly assess brain function, neuropsychological assessments for comprehensive evaluation of cognitive abilities, and cognitive retraining to improve or restore skills such as attention and memory. Additionally, we provide EEG neurofeedback, a technique that trains individuals to control brain functions through real-time brain wave feedback.
